Headed down to Winton on Sat (11/12/2010) for VicDrift's final event of the year - an open practice day. Drove in B class and learnt a fair bit throughout the day. Improved a bit since last time and can now link the left hand into right hand section of the back M. Spent a bit of time in the dirt trying to figure out my way to link the S section. Had a heap of trouble maintaining speed seeing as the lack of power I have means that the car doesn't have enough to spin the tires and reduce traction.
All in all had an awesome day. Spent the night in Benalla the night before but didn't get to sleep until about 3... not sure why but I think the Wild Turkey had something to do with it.. haha
